The bed was comfy. the room was decent sized and recently renovated. - An electronic key card, a multi-channel TV, and a radio were good. - the location of this hotel was within a short walk to shops, restaurants, the lake and beach, cable cars, the train station. It was marvelous.

I had the guest room, it was newly decorated and spotless. The location was good and magnificent, not far from restaurants, centre of Zell am see and a gondola for Zell and a 15/20 minute drive from Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn, in a very nice area.

the bed was comfortable, and the room itself was lovely big. plus it had a nice view of the lake. our hotel was in an excellent and absolutely perfect location in the centre.

Our room was a good size and equipped with a personal safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. - the hotel is centrally located, very close to the city center.

The hotel was 5 minutes from the Zell Am See rail station and its easy to access. The receptionists are helpful and kind. The room is spacious and comfortable with balcony to the shops and roads nearby hotel. The breakfast was good. It is very good for city trip and close to bus stop going to Kaprun.

One of the receptionists was not helpful at all when I checked in. She was in rush and gave me the key quickly without welcoming or assistance.

The breakfast was delicious and the parking was on-site. The staff were very pleasant and amicable and the location was marvellous in the center of the town.

loved my recent stay in zell am see. the cozy rooms and warm atmosphere at the hotel exceeded my expectations. the exceptional restaurant and helpful staff, especially jasmine, made our stay unforgettable. the hotel's location was perfect, with everything in walking distance. highly recommend!

The staff were constantly amiable and accommodating. the location was magnificent and perfectly comfortable for me, near to a gondola for Zell. - the hotel is just a 15/20 minute drive from Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn and many restaurants.

Good location close to all amenities. Evening meal on hotel terrace was excellent which included a complimentary starter. Our room overlooked main street with views of the Austrian Alps.

Hotel garage parking very difficult to access in to spaces. We ended up parking across the road in the underground 24hour car park.

Nice room, good size, very good bathroom. Central location. Good breakfast, good dinner, good terrace.

No Internet in room, hopelessly small spaces in parking garage.

Perfectly situated near a cable car station and within proximity to bars and restaurants, making it a convenient spot to stay.

Central location and general ambience. Helpul Staff and Owner. No issues with hotel parking (you can leave the keys at reception and they move the car if there is such a need). Lovelly exteranl bar/restaurant garden (perfect for springtime). And the hotel dog :)

Could not sleep with open windows - too noisy (car traffic), though located at the beginig of only pedestrian zone. WIFI didn't work in the room - only lobby and restaurant area.

The poition of the hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly

Amazing location in town with plenty of activities nearby. The spa area was lovely, especially the dive pool. The breakfast buffet was delectable, although the portions were adorably small.

No AC or fans available, so I didn't even need to bring a hairdryer. Drinks were so expensive, it was like buying bottled water made from unicorn tears.
